Birgit offers private dog training sessions and obedience and puppy classes at her facility Falling Star Ranch in Dunster.
New classes are currently in the works.
Upon request, Birgit will also travel to various locations around the Robson Valley as well as Jasper and Prince George.
Online training sessions via Zoom are also available.

Cost

– Private sessions (in person or online): $75 or $280 for a package of 4 (valid for 4 months).
– Obedience and Puppy Classes (5 sessions): $180.
– Mileage fee applies for travel away from Birgit’s home base in Dunster.

Upcoming dog training classes

Puppies with potential! Puppy Level 1 Classes

Saturdays, April 11, 18, 25 and May 2 and 9 , 1-2 pm
Puppies and their human partners will get an opportunity to meet, learn, train and socialize using positive reinforcement techniques.
For puppies between 3 and 5 months of age at the start of class.
Puppies need to be up to date on their puppy vaccination protocol (at least 2nd set of shots).
Maximum of 8 puppies per class.
Cost for five sessions: $180
Classes run once a week for 5 weeks

Obedience for dogs Level 1 Classes

Saturdays, April 11, 18, 25 and May 2 and 9, 2.30-3.30 pm.
You and your dog will play games while you challenge and grow your skills and work on basic obedience in a fun and lively class using positive reinforcement methods.
Work toward earning a Bachelor’s Degree from C.L.A.S.S., an internationally recognized training program by the APDT.
These classes are suitable for dogs age 9 months and up.
Dogs need to be up to date on their vaccinations (including Bordetella).
Maximum of 8 dogs per class.
Cost for five sessions: $180
Classes run once a week for 5 weeks
